Shipping Policy
We endeavour to deliver the products you purchase within the time specified on our online store, and where not specified, within a reasonable time. However, delays may occur in our delivery and fulfillment services from time to time. Should you encounter a delay you can contact us via our email address support@oneoasis.com.au so we can investigate the reasons.
We reserve the right to dispatch the products you purchase in more than one delivery. Upon delivery if the courier considers it unsafe to leave the package it may be delivered to the collection point nearest to the shipping address on your order.
Thanks to our suppliers all our prices include FREE standard shipping Australia Wide. At this time we do not offer express, international, or bulky item shipping. If express shipping is required please contact us at support@oneoasis.com.au and we will attempt to assist you in arranging express shipping.
Orders are shipped by our suppliers within 1 - 3 business days after payment has been received and processed. This means you get your order ASAP. This is however out of our control and delays could occur.
Refunds and defects.
Once a transaction is concluded the products may not be returned other than in accordance with our refunds policy (available on our online store) or the Australian Consumer Law as set out in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and other consumer protections laws we are required to comply with. Any defects purportedly present in the product must be reported to us in writing within 7 days of the product being delivered.
